To make sense of recent events requires an unpleasant re-hash of the DEMANDS of the King of Conflict.....
Toyota's Albany Attorney, the one who is often confused about details and too lazy to look stuff up [remember that he kept referring to the LEMON LADY's Attorney as the one to be deposed?] ......
The King of Conflict apparently likes to travel from Albany NY to attend events in Massachusetts in his BMW....
because the Deep Pocketed Client is easily milked....
The King of Conflict recently proposed the......
in response from the LEMON LADY'S Attorney's request that Toyota produce AN EXPERT to be deposed.
The King of Conflict reminded the LEMON LADY's Attorney that today's telephone conference was in response to his
JULY 30, 2013 LETTER.
In that letter, the KING OF CONFLICT insisted if there was an objection, it MUST be received within 5 DAYS! [Which it was.]
Bullies are conspicuous with their DEMANDS.
The KING OF CONFLICT has forgotten that he's responsible for the DELAYS.
Today's telephone conference?
The KING OF CONFLICT agreed to ~ 20 MINUTES.....was it 45 MINUTES he blabbed SAYING little?
The LEMON LADY'S Attorney's telephone calls piled up, clients lining up in the hall.....
All very embarassing......
Let's not forget this is about A BRAND NEW LEMON TOYOTA that had NO BRAKES!
So far, the Dilly, Dally, Delay, Stall & Bill 'Em Kings have spent more than the value of the BRAND NEW LEMON TOYOTA!
