An Educated Person....

Part of being an "EDUCATED PERSON" is recognizing the need to continuously learn, reassess beliefs that have become outdated and question information particularly in this age of 'CORPORATE MEDIA PROPAGANDA & CENSORSHIP. '

Part of being that "EDUCATED PERSON" is recognizing when you're being HAD - lied to and deliberately misled.

It used to be that federal agencies were more dependable in their decisions...well until that REVOLVING DOOR.....

NHTSA has adequately discredited itself.....

...when Michael Barr studied TOYOTA's SOFTWARE, it required a GAGGLE of folks.....

...took many months....

...produced volumes.....

the GOP has GUTTED agencies, promoted DEREGULATION....

....allowing BIG CORPORATIONS to run amok with no protection for consumers......

.....2010 recall of millions of Toyotas for unintended acceleration claimed much of the government's attention.

But several experts say NHTSA should have pressed for a recall sooner.

"They're not connecting up the dots. That's the generous explanation," says Clarence Ditlow, executive director of the Washington-based Center for Auto Safety, who has studied the government's auto safety agency for decades. "The not-so-generous is that they did connect the dots but they just didn't do anything."

"I don't believe in innocence by association, that if you can find someone as bad as me, then I get off," he said. "If you're 50 percent worse, 25 percent worse, what's the dividing line?"

You're smarter than that!

Are you asking?

TOYOTA CAMRY comes crashing into NH home

May 8, 2014

No one was injured after a car crashed into a home in Rochester, New Hampshire Wednesday night, according to police.

Police say first responders went to 22 Franklin Heights for a reported vehicle in a building around 9:45 p.m. There, they say they learned that as 38-year-old Mark Harmon of East Rochester attempted to park a Toyota Camry, the car went over a small retaining wall, through a fence and into the home through a sliding glass door.

Two other people were inside at the time, but they were in other rooms and were not injured, police say. Harmon also wasn't injured.

Rochester Police say the crash damaged the Toyota's front end and had to tow it away, and property management immediately attended to the residence's damage.

Neither speed or nor alcohol seems to be a factor in the crash, but it's still under investigation, according to police.

You might find the information here of value:
Beware of Toyota. Their next victim may be you....

Many of the articles posted pertain the media censorship, corporate media ownership and the willingness of the media to genuflect to Big Corporations, such as TOYOTA.

You'll find that topic addressed here far better than the LEMON LADY can accomplish:

Government the "Toyota Way"

A government serving the interests of the public would be sending Toyota executives to prison. Instead, consumers are confronted with corporate-controlled thugs refusing to acknowledge - publicly, at least - compelling evidence of electronic defects in the Recall King's throttle control. So what if people get injured or killed? Isn't it ridiculous when taxpayers have reason to doubt the government's story of what the terms were when a crook like Toyota handed over $1.2 billion in payola to end a federal criminal investigation? Toyota is notorious for confidentiality agreements, and nobody can be blamed for wondering if an admission of covering up electronic defects associated with unintended acceleration was part of the deal Toyota cut with the feds.

Bloomberg blocks me from commenting

Interestingly enough, an anonymous effort to rebut a comment I published (11/8/2013 3:28:01 PM) tried to convince me (11/8/2013 3:54:47 PM) - "Two million blogs will do nothing !" - that blogging about Toyota wouldn't make any difference. Of course, I replied (11/8/2013 6:02:12 PM) that such activities do make a difference, which is why businesses - especially cover-up operations like Toyota - hire so-called "reputation management" companies to steer conversations, post fake reviews, etc. I referenced a recent court case involving a gang of corporate hirees gettin' sued for posting such garbage on Edmonds.com

From the beginning, the LEMON LADY has shared her TOYOTA LEMON experience and asked simply that others share their experiences and more importantly.....
