ROUTE 44 TOYOTA....INSTEAD OF FIXING MY CAR.....

Image result for nightmare

POSTED IN dealerratrer:

My brand new PRIUS C 2012 began behaving oddly: first making an explosive impact when the vehicle transitioned from battery to gas motor, then the BRAKE PEDAL traveled to the floor each time the brakes were applied.

ROUTE 44 TOYOTA told me that I needed to 'get used to electronic brakes even though this was new behavior by the vehicle. .' The technician was so unfamiliar with the vehicle model, he told me that the warning light on the dashboard was SKID CONTROL.

During this nightmare, rather than simply fixing the vehicle, I was stalked, followed, my medical information was shared and much else. An employee posted an unprofessional and  slanderous comment on my facebook page.

When an astute AAA driver recently went to jump the battery, he realized that the BATTERY GROUND TERMINAL CONNECTION was loose.

Brian at Topham's in Middleboro  changed the oil, replaced the battery and the BRAKES now function as they should. The BRAKE PEDAL is high, the HILL HOLD feature works as it should.

In other words, the vehicle was delivered from the factory with a loose battery ground connection that explains the quirky behavior  endured and NO ONE AT TOYOTA stepped forward to correct such a minor fix. .

This was all in addition to requesting my credit report without authorization.
