Man dies in single-vehicle crash near Bathurst
Monday, 01 September 2014 10:15:00 AMA man has died in a single-vehicle crash at Duramana, near Bathurst, yesterday.
About 10:15am, Sunday 31 August 2014, police were called to Turondale Road after a motorist came across a Toyota Camry that had crashed into a tree.
A man and woman went to render first aid when they found a 72-year-old man inside the vehicle and unresponsive.
They removed him from the car and performed CPR until the arrival of paramedics, however, he died at the scene.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are continuing and police will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
