In the Oklahoma case, TOYOTA insisted the SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION that killed Barbara Schwarz and injured Jean Bookout was DRIVER ERROR - a common excuse offered by TOYOTA - BLAME THE VICTIM!

Yet TOYOTA was unable to explain SKID MARKS left as Jean Bookout attempted to stop the RUNAWAY TOYOTA.


Before she died, Schwarz called her husband and said ‘Jean couldn’t get
her car stopped. The car ran away with us. There`s something
wrong with the car.’
