Does it seem like Toyota is 'pro-active'?
Not all Toyotas have problem....if you're one of the 'unlucky' who gets stuck with a problematic Toyota, Toyota is unresponsive. Where in the complaints posted on the NHTSA web site is there ANY indication of Toyota stepping forward to correct a problem?
