That legal thingey was to Dismiss Toyota U.S.A. because of their Dilly, Dally, Delay, Stall & Bill 'Em tactics, continuous CONFLICTS by the King of Conflict.....
It might seem that Toyota U.S.A. has no interest in providing a dependable and trouble-free vehicle when you have a problem.
Toyota U.S.A. doesn't seem to stand behind Toyota U.S.A. products.

Withdrawing the Witness Protection Motion, yet another forest was destroyed.....
Mr. Toyota U.S.A. circulated an email, included an attachment, sent faxes, sent snail mail.....
all surely billable to a Deep Pocketed Client.....
