....why aren't you IMPORTANT ENOUGH to KNOW THE TRUTH?

Accident Investigation Teams are impressive in their reconstruction techniques, but LIMITED!

And they're not always correct!

Since both of these vehicles are TOYOTAS [LEXUS], is anyone examining the electronics? Tin Whiskers? or any other issues that have been problematic in TOYOTAS? Was this TOYOTA SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION?

Surely Mr. Schrum will regret forever having revealed the TRUTH:

Bob Schrum, the owner of Flagstop Car Wash, said his employees are provided a list of cars, trucks and SUVs that have been proven prone to unintentional acceleration. In fact, he said the instances have been well documented by the National Car Wash Association.

Schrum said about a month ago that all 120 of his employees took part in a safety seminar provided by his insurance company, which touched on sudden unintentional acceleration.

Car Washes KNOW, but Consumers Don't?

If an INSURANCE COMPANY believes it's important enough to protect CAR WASH EMPLOYEES from SUDDEN UNINTENDED ACCELERATION, why aren't you IMPORTANT ENOUGH to KNOW THE TRUTH?

Four dead in single-car crash near Patterson

Bee Staff ReportsAugust 25, 2014

— Four people were killed in a crash Monday about 7:30 p.m. when the driver of vehicle traveling at high speed lost control and left the roadway, the California Highway Patrol reported.

A Lexus IS 300 sedan was eastbound on West Marshall Road east of Ward Avenue where there’s a rise in the road near a Turlock Irrigation District substation, said CHP Officer Eric Parsons.

Witnesses had observed the car speeding but not the crash, he said. Apparently because of the high rate of speed, hitting the rise caused the driver to lose control, and the vehicle struck a steel power pole, Parsons said.

The crash caused extensive damage to the vehicle, Parsons said, and the two females in the back seat and two males in the front all died at the scene.

No other information on the victims was available Monday night as investigators, including from the Coroner’s Office, worked at the scene just before 10 and were expected to be there hours longer.

West Marshall Road was closed between Ward Avenue and Davis Road, according to a CHP website
It’s unknown whether alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.

Update: Identity of deceased released

The driver of a Lexus was killed early Monday morning after losing control of the vehicle on northbound Sanderson Avenue just south of Ramona Boulevard in San Jacinto.

Sanderson was closed much of the morning after the 1:12 a.m. single-vehicle accident. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department was urging motorists to use Warren Road or Lyon Avenue as detour routes.

The driver, identified as Tavares Daniels, 34, of Banning, was driving at a high rate of speed, according to a Sheriff's Department news release.

The Lexus veered left across the four-lane road and rolled over in a field, where the driver was thrown from the vehicle. There were no passengers.
